Built between 1220 and 1260 in honour of Ireland’s patron saint, St Patrick’s Cathedral is the national Cathedral for the Church of Ireland and is a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can learn about the building’s fascinating history including its most famous Dean, Jonathan Swift, who is one of around 700 burials on site.
