This page gathers all relevant instructions and information for speakers.
- Presentations will be projected on a large screen by a projector that is available in the room. This also applies to panels.
- Laptops are not provided – speakers should bring their own laptop!
- If you have a Macbook, please bring an adapter – projectors have a VGA connector.
- Sessions tend to have 3 to 4 papers – please check your session to see how many papers are presented in your session to determine how much time you have for your presentation. It’s a good idea to get in touch with a session chair (chairs are being finalized – chairs usually contact speakers, but if nobody has contacted you a few days before the conference, please find your session chair).
