The workshop aims at bringing together IS researchers interested in applying natural language processing techniques and statistical learning methods (e.g., topic modeling, sentiment analysis) for analyzing large amounts of unstructured text data (e.g., online customer reviews, social media posts, e-mails, documents). The workshop will consist of presentations of research-in-progress projects and interactive demonstrations.
