The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

If you have previously registered online for the conference you may ADD A WORKSHOP or a GUEST TICKET to your full conference registration.

Most pre-conference workshops require full conference registration. However, there are a few workshops/ancillary events available with the Ancillary Only registration option. Please select Ancillary Only as your attendee type if you will not be attending the ICIS full conference.

It is important to note, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. You must join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference or most pre/post event workshops.

Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any full conference registrant. Please note the purchases of the guest tickets are only necessary if you are planning to bring a guest to accompany you to the evening events or conference meals. The primary registrant’s full conference regisration includes attendance to the welcome reception and social event.

Guest Full Package Ticket
The guest full package ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

Guest Individual Event Ticket
A guest individual event ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception only or the Social Event only for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process or you may purchase them during the conference.

Please note guests tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.

If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend ICIS,  please follow the steps below:

1. Register and complete your payment for your conference registration
2. Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form
3. Return the completed request form and a copy of your registration confirmation to the AIS registrar at registrar@aisnet.org or fax to +1 404-760-8177.

Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.

If you are an AIS Institutional Member and will be using your University’s complimentary conference registration for this conference, please contact the membership coordinator atmembership@aisnet.org to verify your eligibility and receive the appropriate promotional discount code prior to completing your online conference registration. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate.

Cancellation Policy

Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to registrar@aisnet.org, fax to +1 404-240-0998 or postal mail and are subject to the following schedule:

Conference Registration:

• Received by September 29, 2017, full refund less $125 early cancellation fee.
• Received between September 30 – October 31, 2017, full refund less $225 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation requests received between November 1 through November 10, 2017, are eligible for 50% refund of registration charges.
• Cancellation requests received on November 11, 2017 or later will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Ancillary Meeting Registration Only:

• Cancellation requests received through November 10, 2017, are eligible for 50% refund of registration charges.
• Cancellation requests received on November 11, 2017 or later will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Force Majeure Notice:  If at any time after ICIS 2017 registration opens and it becomes necessary to cancel the conference due to circumstances outside of the organizer’s control such as military conflict, civil unrest, US State Department Travel Advisory, earthquakes, etc., then the level of partial refunds will be evaluated at that time.  Force majeure cancellations such as this are un-insurable events.  Attendees are encouraged to purchase airline ticket cancellation insurance and review hotel cancellation policies.
