Invitation Letters
If you need an invitation letter to attend the conference and/or to obtain a visa, the conference organizers will be happy to provide one. However, given the requirements of the New Zealand Immigration service, we need to use the following procedure:
1. Please pay the conference registration fee. Only those who have registered are entitled to receive an invitation letter.
2. Then send a request for an invitation letter, together with your confirmation of conference registration from the AIS office, to Lech J. Janczewski, Organizing Chair, ICIS 2014. He can be contacted at lech@auckland.ac.nz. His postal address is Dr Lech Janczewski, Department of ISOM, University of Auckland, Private Bag 92019, Auckland 1142, New Zealand.
3. In the request for an invitation letter please include the following information:
• First Name and Family Name
• Affiliation (place of work)
• Passport No and issuing country
The invitation will then be sent to your email address as the PDF document. You may request a hard copy if needed. In such a case advise us of your mailing address.
