IMPORTANT: Register now for early access to ICIS 2020 Proceedings. The ICIS 2020 proceedings will be available to ICIS 2020 Registrants in the AIS eLibrary on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. The author-videos will be available on the first day of the conference.  It is anticipated that ICIS 2020 proceedings will be available to all AIS Members in the AIS eLibrary in first quarter 2021.

Please note, your registration payment and membership dues must be completed as two separate transactions.

  • Registration Fees

    The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

    Please Note: Registration discounts expire at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (same as New York) on the dates referenced in the table above.

  • Renewing Members and Non-members

    It is important to note that this conference is only open to current members of AIS. You must join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference and most pre/post event workshops.

    Please Note: If you will be joining or renewing your AIS membership, your registration, payment, and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

  • Institutional members

    If you are an AIS Institutional Member and you will be using your university’s complimentary conference registration for this conference, please contact the membership coordinator at membership@aisnet.org to verify your eligibility and to receive the appropriate promotional discount code prior to completing your online conference registration. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate.

  • Registration Grants Available to Doctoral Students.

    Application submission is closed, and applicants notified. The ICIS 2020 India Grant Program is excited to provide financial support to doctoral students who would like to register and attend ICIS 2020. The conference, to be held virtually from December 13 to 16, offers opportunities for research presentations, panel discussions, and networking. The deadline to apply was November 2, 2020.

  • Pre/Post Conference Workshops

    If you have previously registered online for the conference, you may ADD A WORKSHOP to your full conference registration.

    Please follow the below steps:

    • Click on the modification link within your confirmation email to access your registration.
    • Sign-in if you are not automatically signed in.
    • Select the “Attendee Selections” tab
    • Select the preferred Ancillary Meetings & Workshops
    • Select the “Save & Proceed to Checkout” button
    • Scroll down and insert payment details
    • Once the payment details are collected, select “Submit”

    If you do not have your confirmation email, please follow the steps below:

    • Be sure you are logged in with your AIS membership.
    • Visit https://aisnet.org/event/icis2020
    • Click on Register. You will be given a choice to do a new registration or modify existing registration.
    • Click Modify
    • Click Attendee Selections
    • Select the preferred Ancillary Meetings & Workshops
    • Select the “Save & Proceed to Checkout” button
    • Scroll down and insert payment details
    • Once the payment details are collected, select “Submit”

Policies

  • Substitution Policy

    Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to registrar@aisnet.org or fax to +1 404-760-8177.

    Please Note: You or the member you are transferring your conference registration to are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (i.e. refunds or credits towards workshops are not allowed). Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must be a current AIS member.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Request for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email (registrar@aisnet.org), fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule:

    • Received by November 23, 2020 – Full refund less $15 administrative fee
    • Cancellation requests received on November 24, 2020 to December 11 – Full refund less $25 administrative fee
    • Cancellation requests beginning December 12 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee
