- Ricardo Bartra, Chief Information Officer for Deutche Post DHL Global Forwarding
Ricardo Bartra is currently the region Americas Chief Information Officer for Deutche Post DHL Global Forwarding, a business unit of DP DHL and the world’s largest logistics group. Ricardo is a member of the DHL’s Americas Management Board and he is responsible for leading a multinational Information Technology (IT) team with a transformational management agenda, while reshaping the regional IT capabilities, strategy and maximizing IT value for cost in the region. Carrying out his responsibilities based out of Atlanta, Georgia; Ricardo's remit is to maximize the value of a diverse multinational team throughout the Americas region.
Ricardo is a business-driven IT executive with a 23-year track record of accelerated advancement in Fortune 100 global corporations. He joined DHL in January 2012 under his current position, and has held various senior and executive level positions within various industry verticals. Prior to joining DHL, he served as Head of Global IT Strategy and Chief Architect for GlaxoSmithKline Global Consumer Business and was Regional Head of IT (CIO) North America for Royal PHILIPS Consumer Business division in addition to being Head of Regional IT Delivery and Operations for their semiconductors division.
Hispanic Engineer & Information Technology magazine named Ricardo one of the “Most Influential Hispanics in Technology” in 2011. Ricardo sits on the Executive Board of HITEC (Hispanic IT Executive Council), where he was also named in 2008, 2009 and 2012 HITEC “100 Most Influential Hispanics in Information Technology.”
Ricardo has a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Academy in Lima, Peru. He has also completed the High Potential Executive mini-MBA Program from Royal PHILIPS at Ashridge Business School in the U.K., China and the Netherlands. Ricardo is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Michael P Friess is currently the Vice President for IT Business Systems and Strategy at Day & Zimmermann, a leading global provider of technical, professional and managed services.
Michael has been with Day & Zimmermann for 19 years. During that time, he has held numerous management positions in all areas of information technology within the company, including Sr. Director and Project Manager for information technology initiatives. Most notable, he was responsible for successfully leading Day & Zimmermann's Enterprise-wide upgrade of SAP version 4.6c to ECC6.0. Michael was also on the steering committee that selected SAP as the largest investment ever made by Day & Zimmermann for business software technology.
Michael is also a member of the ASUG CIO Executive Exchange Committee and the SAP Engineering, Construction and Operations - Industry Advisory Council. Day & Zimmermann was a recipient of the ASUG Impact Award in 2004.

Alan Kisling is currently the Managing Director at Brand Velocity, Inc., Brand Velocity (BV) is a management consulting organization that helps people successfully reinvent organizations in a way that makes the world a better place. By being smart, working hard, ambitious and nice, they join forces with their clients to successfully reinvent work and continually improve results – stimulating effective management and responsible leadership in the process.
Alan is responsible for all service delivery for this practice specializing in accelerating major enterprise projects for clients to improve performance and returns on investments using the reinvention principles pioneered around knowledgework productivity by Peter Drucker.
Prior to his current position Alan served various roles within The Coca-Cola Co. from Vice President - Information Infrastructure (CTO) where he was responsible for the global operations of the Information Technology function at The Coca-Cola Company with over 1,500 employees and a $300 million annual budget, to Director of SAP Project Infinity where he was responsible for the global implementation of The Coca-Cola Company's SAP system and infrastructure across over 200 countries, to Vice President - Planning and Logistics where he was responsible for the supply chain and strategic planning for the large bottler of Coca-Cola products. He was also a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche prior to his stint with Coca-Cola Company.

Harold ItKin is currently President of IMS LLC, a Management Consulting organization that serves as a trusted Adviser for guiding enterprises through significant transformations while aligning business objectives with technology solutions and building roadmaps for future growth.
Prior to his current position Harold served as Senior Manager/Principal Consultant at Ciber, Senior Director, Global IT Strategic Initiatives at Teleflex, and Support Alliance Mgr. with SAP among others.
As Support Alliance Manager for SAP he developed strategies and support plans to mitigate risks to the most critical initiatives at SAP’s most visible Southeast region customers and integrating the SAP support organization into the overall framework of the account management. These engagements ranged from support of process solutions to migration and governance of data. His accounts included the Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises and the Home Depot among others.
