All meetings and events will be held at the
The El Conquistador Resort and Convention Center , which is about 45 minutes from San Juan on the Island of Puerto Rico. Shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel will be available for $70 round trip or you can rent a car and drive yourself.

Puerto Rico is one of the easiest places to travel to in the Caribbean with more than 900 domestic and international flights per week. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is the 12th busiest airport in Latin America and one of the busiest airports in the Caribbean with over 8.5 million passengers per year. In addition to serving most major airlines, it has recently become a focus city for Jet Blue Airlines and is the Caribbean hub for American Eagle. Direct flights are available from Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and other cities in the US, Canada, South America and Europe. Flight time is only 2 hours and 30 minutes from Miami, 4 hours from New York City, 5 hours from Chicago or Dallas, and 7 hours from Los Angeles.

Puerto Rico is a US territory. The English language is spoken and the same US currency, postal system and electrical standards are used. Puerto Rico offers the most sophisticated technology and telecommunications in the Caribbean. High-speed Internet, video conferencing and many other services are readily available.

US residents do not need passports to visit. You only need to have some form of official government issued picture identification to enter Puerto Rico such as a current driver's license or a photo-identification card issued to non-drivers by a state's motor vehicles department.

Citizens of other countries have the same requirements as for entering the US, such as a passport that is valid for 6 months beyond your travel dates. Some visitors may require a visa.  For additional information, contact your local U.S. embassy or call the Puerto Rico State Department at (787) 722-2121.
